Hotel accommodation can be reserved at reduced rates in Rome hotels through the intermediary of OIC Way srl. Only booking made through OIC Way srl in advance will secure these rates. All rates quoted on the hotel booking form are per room and per night. Room rates also include breakfast, service, taxes and private facilities, unless otherwise stated. Hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form. Please also indicate which other category should we book in case your first choice is fully booked.
In the interests of efficiency, we kindly ask that you register to the congress and book your hotel reservation exclusively online, with system available 24 hours a day, secure payment process, instant confirmation of your reservation and descriptions, photos and maps to help you choose the perfect hotel.
In order to avoid disappointment, early bookings are recommended. No telephone reservation will be accepted. A deposit including € 20,00 for handling fee will be asked to secure the room.
Accommodation cannot be guaranteed if request is received after April 20th 2011, although OIC Way srl will make every effort to meet participants requirements. OIC Way srl will operate on a ‘first come first served’ basis with incoming requests. Reservations will only be processed if down-payment and handling fee are received.

Confirmation of reservation
Please note that to confirm the hotel reservation your pre-payment must be received by April 20 2011. Upon receipt of your full payment, O.I.C. Way srl will send you the details of your reservation including hotel name and full address. In case the balance due is not received by the above indicated deadline, the reservation will not be confirmed. For reservation request received after 20 April, the immediate full pre-payment is required.Group reservations (more than 5 rooms)
All hotel reservations will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Group reservations (more than five rooms) through travel agencies, companies, etc. will receive separate contracts.Payments and Cancellations

Registrations and hotel booking can be considered valid only after having received the payment.
Forms without proof of payment will not be processed.
Cancellations
Any changes or cancellation regarding registration fees, hotel accommodation and excursions should be made in writing to OIC srl (Fax +39 055 5035230, registrationECCN2011@oic.it)In case of cancellation received:
- Before March 20th, 2011
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% as penalty charge - Between March 21st to May 20th, 2011
The paid amount will be refunded wit a deduction of 70% as penalty charge - After May 20th, 2011
No refund will be allowed for cancellations or no-shows
Refunds will be processed after the congress
