ATTENTION:
Registrations and hotel booking can be considered valid only after having received the payment.
Forms without proof of payment will not be processed.

Cancellations

Any changes or cancellation regarding registration fees, hotel accommodation and excursions should be made in writing to OIC srl (Fax +39 055 5035230, registrationECCN2011@oic.it)

In case of cancellation received:

Before March 20th, 2011
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% as penalty charge
Between March 21st to May 20th, 2011
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% as penalty charge
After May 20th, 2011
No refund will be allowed for cancellations or no-shows

Booking fees will not be refunded
Refunds will be processed after the congress
