Social Programme

A programme of social events has been planned for Congress participants and accompanying persons. As places might be limited you are kindly invited to reserve your tickets also for free of charge events. Tickets will be assigned on firtst-come first-served basis.

Welcome Reception

Tuesday, 21st June 2011 – 18.00 hrs

A welcome drink will take place at the Congress Centre. Included in the registration fee of regularly registered participants and accompanying persons.

Gala Dinner
The Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park, is conveniently located near the Congress Centre. Its spacious terrace is the ideal venue for banquets and receptions.
As seats are limited, a pre-booking has been required, pre booked tickets are included in the personal registration envelope. On site registration will be accepted according to availability. Tickets will be collected at the entrance. The details of the event may changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
