Different price-category hotel rooms, located in Geneva, have been reserved for the duration of the Congress by the Organising Secretariat through the intermediary of OIC Way Srl, the official housing bureau of the congress.
Please apply on-line or return the hotel reservation form to the Organising Secretariat no later than February
15th, 2009 indicating your requirements and authorizing OIC Way to charge the requested down payment on your
credit card or sending copy of the bank transfer together with the form (including € 20,00 for the booking fee).
OIC Way will charge € 20,00 as booking fee for each room reserved.
Reservations cannot be confirmed until the down payment and booking fee are correctly received.
OIC Way will confirm the reservation and hotel details, according to your choice upon receipt of the requested amount. Balance payment is required by March
10th, 2009.
After February 16th hotel reservations cannot be guaranteed, even though OIC Way will make every effort
to satisfy any request from participants. In this case total pre-payment will be requested.
* The indicated average rates, calculated in Euro, are per room
and include overnight stay, breakfast, service and local taxes.
**All extra expenses must be settled directly with the hotel before departing.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation or change, please apply in writing
to the Organising Secretariat.
Until February 15th 2009 the paid amount will be refunded
with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty.
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 15 February 2009.
All authorized refunds will be made only after the congress.
Booking fees and no-shows will not be refunded in
any case.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payments (registration fees and hotel accommodation) must be processed in Euro as follows:
- credit card: VISA - AMERICAN EXPRESS - MASTERCARD
- bank transfer (free of charge for the recipient) to:

A copy of the bank transaction must be attached to the Registration and Accommodation Form and mailed or sent by
fax to the Organising Secretariat OIC Srl. The sender's full name and address should be clearly indicated on
the transfer order as well as the payment details.
Important notice: forms both without credit card details or without attached copy of the bank transfer will
not be considered as valid and therefore will not be processed.
GROUP REGISTRATIONS AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Group registrations and hotel reservations of minimum 5 persons are handled separately.
