The Organizing Secretariat desk will be open for registration and information on
the first floor of the Centre Médical Universitaire according to the following time
table:

Please collect the conference kit at the Secretariat desk and wear your personal

Registration is mandatory for participation in the scientific sessions and for all oral and poster presenters.
REGISTRATIONS IN THE INSTRUCTION COURSES
Registration in the Instruction Courses is free of charge for participants registered in
the Congress.
As the number of seats is limited, requests of participation will be accepted on the “first
come first served” basis. Participants may sign up also on site at the Congress Registration
Desk according to seats availability. Please find here below the list of the scheduled

Each participant registered in the Courses will receive a coupon to be shown along with
personal name badge for entrance.
BADGES AND CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Participants are kindly requested to wear the name badge for entering the congress
venue and to access all services offered.
Badges are colour-coded as follows:
Gold = Executive Committee
Blue = Faculty
White = Delegates
Green = Exhibitors
Personal kit contains also the certificate of attendance.
