GOLDEN TRIANGLE TOUR (5 DAYS/4 NIGHTS)

Depart Delhi and drive to Jaipur.
Upon arrival, check in at hotel.

Following breakfast, visit Amber Fort with Elephant or Jeep ride.
Amber Fort was the ancient citadel of the ruling Kachhawa clan of Amber, before the capital was shifted to present day Jaipur. Amber Fort is known for its unique artistic style, blending both Hindu and Muslim elements, and its ornate and breathtaking artistic mastery. The fort borders the Maota Lake, and is a major tourist attraction in Rajasthan.
In the afternoon, visit Jaipur City. Jaipur, also popularly known as the Pink City, is the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Visit Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the old city. It was built in 1799 so that veiled royal woman could peer down unseen by the world through its 593 stone screens. Guided tour of the City Palace & Observatory. The City Palace in the heart of the old city is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The centre of the palace is a seven storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens and the city. Next stop: the City Palace is the Solar Observatory - an astronomical treasure house, with solar device that gives accurate predictions till date.

Following breakfast, drive to Agra and visit Fatehpur Sikri enroute, for a tour of its magnificent and world heritage buildings, which are still in a state of perfect preservation. Fatehpur Sikri, the ghost capital, was built by Emperor Akbar and served as the capital of Mughal India from 1571 to 1585 AD. The city is divided into religious and secular sections. The surviving palace and mosque are a tourist attraction and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
After visit, continue the drive to Agra.

Following breakfast, visit Taj Mahal: "the epitome of love", "a monument of immeasurable beauty". The thoughts that come into the mind while watching the Taj Mahal of Agra is not just its phenomenal beauty, but the immense love which was the reason behind its construction. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan got this monument constructed in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, with whom he fell in love at the first sight.
Then, visit to Agra Fort. This impressive red sandstone fort was built by Akbar between 1565-1573 AD. Replete with gateways, pillared halls, mosques, marble trellises and geometric gardens; the Fort represents Mughal architecture at its peak.
Afternoon, drive to Delhi.

Transfer to International Airport to connect flight back home.

ROYAL RAJASTAN TOUR (10 DAYS/9 NIGHTS)

In the afternoon, city tour of Mandawa, a small town in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan with a unique medieval charm. Each home and small little castle are richly painted with Shekhawati paintings known for its uniqueness and rich colours.

Afternoon, visit of Bikaner City, a desert fortified city on the ancient caravan routes that originated from Africa and West Asia. The fort, founded by Raja Rai Singh, is distinguished by its long range of 37 pavilions, a line of balconies. It also has windows of varying designs which lend it a graceful dignity. An enormous archway leads to the Jormal temple in a spacious courtyard. Tar Mandir is the royal chapel where Royal weddings and births were once solemnised.

In the afternoon, visit Jodphur, the home of the Rathore rulers, the princely state of Rajasthan. A 10 km long stone wall protects the well fortified city. Within, stands an imposing fort on a low range of sandstone hills, about 125 mt above the surrounding plains.
Visit Mehrangarh Fort - founded in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha. The Fort is intricately adorned with long carved panels and latticed windows of exquisite designs in Red Sandstone. Then visit Jaswant Thada - an imposing white marble cenotaph built to commemorate the acts of bravery and generosity of the rulers in 19th century.

Following breakfast, drive to Ranakpur, widely known for its marble Jain temple, and for a much older Sun Temple which lies opposite the former.
After the visit to the Jain temple, drive to Udaipur.

Evening common boat ride on Lake Pichola. Fringed with hills, gardens, havelis, ghats and temples, Lake Pichola is the scenic focus of Udaipur. Set in it are Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir Palaces.

Following breakfast, excursion to Eklingji and Nagda.
14 miles North-East of Udaipur is the village of Kailashpuri which is known for its 108 temples surrounded by a high fortified wall: the whole complex is known as Sri Eklingji temple and has been a holy site associated with Lord Shiva since ancient times.
Close to Kailashpuri down a rough country road is Nagda. The name of the town was actually Nag-dah which means cremation/burning (dah) of snakes (nag). The ancient city was developed by king Janmejay. Janmejaya was a Hindu King of Pandava Dynasty Nagda has also been mentioned in the literature of Kalidasa. Presently, Nagda is a major industrial town having manufacturing unit of Viscose fibre; thermal power plant & chemical plant were developed by Grasim Industries Limited.
Afternoon, visit Udaipur City, beautiful city of lakes, palaces and fountain. In the shadows of dark green hills, Udaipur's three lakes - Pichola, Fateh Sagar and Udai Sagar are shimmering jewels from the opal surfaces of which rise fairytale white palaces. Maharana Udai Singh sought shelter here from the Mughal hordes and then tarried to fashion a city out of the silent vale. Visit the City Palace Museum - grandeur and intricacy stroked all over in Granite, Marble and Mosaic displayed in the sparkling white filigreed balconies and windows, ornate arches and cupolas atop magnificent octagonal towers, Jagdish Temple - built in 1651 AD. Then visit Sahelion Ki Bari - the spectacular garden displaying the unique life style of the royal ladies who once lived in the palace.
