* Application for the resident/fellow fee should be certified by a letter from the head of the department, stating that the applicant is an ophthalmology resident/fellow at the time of registration, within 14 days of registration. Otherwise, the regular fee will be applicable. The letter is to be sent to the Organising Secretariat OIC – fax +39 055 5035230 or e-mail registrationicgs2010@oic.it.
IMPORTANT:
registrations will be accepted until October 29th, 2010. It is not possible to register from October 30th to November 10th. On site registrations will be possible from November 11th, starting from 16.00 till the end of the Congress.
Registration fees (International and Indian delegates) include:
- Access to selected courses (not included in Exhibitors’ fees) and scientific sessions
- Access to the technical exhibition
- Congress kit including certificate of attendance (not included in Exhibitors’ fees) and name badge
- Final programme and abstract book
- Working lunches and coffee breaks
- Welcome reception
- Gala Dinner is not included in Exhibitors’, Indian Delegates and Residents/Fellows’ fees)
Registration is mandatory for participation in the scientific sessions and for all oral and poster presenters.
REGISTRATIONS IN THE INSTRUCTION COURSES
Registration in the Instruction Courses is free of charge for participants registered in the Congress.
As the number of seats is limited, requests of participation will be accepted on the “first come first served” basis. Participants may sign up also at the Congress Registration Desk. HOTEL RESERVATION
Hotel reservations will be managed by OIC Way Srl, official Housing Bureau of the Congress.
Different prices hotel rooms, both located in the congress venue Le Meridien New Delhi and in other hotels close to the congress venue have been reserved by our Travel Agency OIC Way for the whole duration of the ICGS Congress.
Here below please find the list and map of the selected hotels.
Full payment for the booked period (including Euro 20,00 / INR 1.175 Indian Rupees for the booking fee) is requested in order to ensure that your hotel reservation is properly confirmed. Telephone reservations will be not accepted.

The above hotel rates in Euro have been calculated with the exchange rate 1€ = 58,76 INR. We reserve the possibility to readjust the rates in Euro according to the considerable variations of the exchange.
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation of registrations, social events and/or hotel reservations, please apply in writing to the Organising Secretariat OIC Srl.
For cancellations received
within October 10th, 2010 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty.
No refund will be processed for cancellations received
after 11th October 2010.
Authorized refunds will be processed only after the end of the Congress.
Booking fees and no-shows will not be refunded in any case.

Payments of registration fees, hotel accommodation and booking fees must be processed in INDIAN RUPEES as follows:
