The following Social Events have been planned for congress participants. Delegates are kindly requested to confirm their participation in the on line registration form.
Tickets for the reserved events will be included in the personal congress kit delivered to participants upon registration. Accompanying persons may buy tickets for their participation in the planned social events at the “Social Events” desk.
The Welcome Reception of the Congress will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2010 in the exhibition area of Le Méridien Conference Centre, starting from 18.30. Participation in the Welcome Reception is included in the congress registration fee. For further information about the event, please contact the Secretariat Desk.
The Gala Dinner of the Congress will be held on the evening of Friday, November 12, 2010 in a very prestigious venue in New Delhi - the Imperial Hotel Lawns - starting from 20.00 hrs. It will be the occasion for the participants to spend a special evening of entertainment and fine Indian cuisine as well as an alternative opportunity for pleasant discussions and informal interaction.
The dress code for the event is strictly formal, black tie and national attire are strongly encouraged.
Confirmation for the participation will be made to participants by a coupon, to be found in the congress kit. The coupon must be exchanged with the entrance ticket at the Secretariat Desk, within the date and time indicated on it.

Entry to social events will not be permitted without the ticket that can only be obtained at the Social Events desk in the Registration Area during the congress.
