Enrico Arcelli
M.D., Specialist in Nutrition and Sport Medicine. Associate Professor at Sport, Nutrition and Health Department of Milan University. He has been at the head of the team that followed Moser in Hour's Record in Mexico City, in 1984.

Author of twenty books and many scientific publications translated in several languages.
