Enrico Arcelli

M.D., Specialist in Nutrition and Sport Medicine. Associate Professor at Sport, Nutrition and Health Department of Milan University. He has been at the head of the team that followed Moser in Hour's Record in Mexico City, in 1984.

Major research interests:

• Sport nutrition.

Author of twenty books and many scientific publications translated in several languages.

Bruno Berra

PhD, Professor (without chair) in Biochemistry of Nutrition, Skin and Toxicology in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Milan. Member of Codex Alimentarius , President of IAP.

Major research interests:

• biochemistry and space biology
• nutrition biochemistry and nutrigenomic ( olive oil minor constituents and omega-3 (LCPUFA)

Giancarlo Carli

Professor of Physiology, University of Siena, Italy. Founder of International Association for Study of Pain (IASP) and its Italian chapter Associazione Italiana per lo studio del dolore (AISD).
