How to register
Please register and book hotel accommodation through the
on-line system.
As an alternative, please download and fill in the registration and hotel reservation form in PDF format and return it to the Organizing Secretariat OIC Srl by fax or by e-mail (fax +39 055 50 35 230 - e-mail

Please provide copy of identity card or passport stating the birth date of the applicant along with the registration form.
lmportant: registrations will be accepted until February 19th, 2010. After February 19th, registration will be possible only on site.
Registration fees include:
- admission to scientific sessions
- admission to exhibition
- CME credits
- congress bags with pads and pens
- final program and abstract book
- badge and certificate of attendance
- working lunches and coffee breaks
Hotel reservations
Hotel reservations will be managed by OIC Way Srl, official Housing Bureau of the Congress.
Here below please find a list of 3* and 4* selected hotels.
Full payment for the booked period (including Euro 20,00, VAT included, for the booking fee) is requested in order to ensure that your hotel reservation is confirmed properly. Telephone reservations will be not accepted..

The indicated rates are per room and include overnight stay, breakfast, taxes and VAT.
Terms of payment
Payments of registration fees, hotel accommodation and booking fees must be processed in Euro as follows:

A copy of the bank transaction has to be sent together with the registration by fax and address must be clearly stated in the transfer order as well as the payment purposes.
Cancellation refund policy
In case of cancellation of registrations and/or hotel reservations, please apply in writing to the Organizing Secretariat OIC Srl.
For cancellations received within January 10th, 2010 the paid amount will be refunded with a reduction of 30% as penality. For cancellations received after January 11th, 2010 the paid amount will be refunded with a reduction of 70% as penality.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after February 19th, 2010. Authorized refunds will be processed only after the end of the Congress. Booking fee will not be refunded.
Group registrations and hotel reservations
Group registrations and hotel reservations of minimum 5 persons are handled separately. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat OIC Srl for further information.
Working lunches and coffee breaks
Working lunches and coffee breaks will be offered to all regularly registered participants on March 5th and 6th, 2010.
