*Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the supervisor stating the current status at the time of registration and by an identity document copy.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Hotel reservations will be managed by OIC Way Srl, official Housing Bureau of the Symposium, which, on request, will send a proposal with full details of Hotel accommodation according to availability.
A deposit, including Euro 20,00 for the booking fee, is requested at the moment of reservation in order to ensure that your hotel request is considered. Full payment is requested not later than 5 november 2010 (OIC Way Srl will communicate the sum to be paid). For Hotel accommodation requests received after this date, the total pre-payment will be necessary. Telephone reservations will be not accepted.

Rates are per room, per night and include breakfast and taxes.
It is necessary to send payment In order to ensure that your hotel reservation is confirmed properly. Forms without payment or copy of bank draft will be not considered.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments of registration fees, hotel accommodation and booking fees must be processed in Euros as follows:

A copy of the bank transaction has to be sent together with the registration form by fax and address must be clearly stated in the transfer order as well as the payment purposes.
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation of registration and/or hotel accommodation, please apply in writing to the Organizing Secretariat OIC Srl.
For cancellations received no later than 15 november 2010 the paid amount will be refunded with a reduction of 70% as penality.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after 15 november 2010. Authorized refunds will be processed after the end of the Symposium. Booking fees will be not refunded.
GROUP REGISTRATIONS AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Group registrations and hotel reservations of minimum 5 persons are handled separately. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat OIC Srl for further information.
