CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS
Any changes or cancellations in connection with registration fees, hotel accommodation or excursions must be made in writing to OIC srl fax +39 055 5035230, e-mail

In case of cancellation received:
- Before December 15, 2010
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% as penalty charge.
- Between December 15, 2010 and March 31, 2011
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% as penalty charge.
- After March 31, 2011
No refund will be made for cancellations or no-shows.
Booking fees cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
Travel grants
The WGA offers grants to ophthalmologists and residents under forty years from economically underprivileged countries. A letter should explain the special interest in glaucoma and how participation would benefit the professional goals of the applicant.
A CV should be included. Application for a grant should be done before March 15, 2011. Application by e-mail

The grant will consist of:
- € 500 for applicants from Europe
- € 1,000 for applicants from all other continents
- Waving of registration fee.
