Every year in Milan, OIC organizes the National Congress of the Italian Society of Interventional Cardiology, a 2000-attendee event that brings together the members of the Society - and not only - and represents the main associative moment. It is also dedicated to the election of the Association's representatives. The high depth of scientific interventions, the quality of the clinical cases presented and the intensity of the debate that characterize all the sessions make the Congress the most important Italian event in the world of hemodynamics and Interventional Cardiology.

The 2021 edition has been the first hybrid one, with more than 1700 participants onsite and 500 from remote. The event has been streamed worldwide on a customized digital platform with on demand contents, a virtual exhibition and high visibility for the Sponsoring companies.

LST is an initiative consisting of a series of highly formative and pragmatic events which, while dealing with different themes, strategies, approaches and techniques, have the common goal of analysing complex clinical cases in a very concrete way, just as if experts and participants had to "prepare themselves to enter the hemodynamic room together”.

The "hands-on" format of the project focuses on:

  • Sharing of complex clinical cases
  • Use of Computed Tomography Scan for analysis and discussion with experts in the studio and from remote
  • Interactive tools & take-Home Messages for the participants to help them implement the procedures on daily basis

Each event, shot in a studio with green screen and streamed with a personalized virtual background, is created with the patronage of GISE and, to date, has been supported by companies such as Edwards Lifesciences, Medtronic, Abbott, with a growing interest of many other Companies.


AO Spine's annual meeting, the Global Spine Congress (GSC) is one of the largest gatherings of spine surgeons in the world.

Each year, the congress offers an exceptional moment to exchange ideas, network with other professionals, and learn about the latest research and technology in spine surgery.

The 2021 edition, as a hybrid event, offered the same high-quality scientific program, networking opportunities and professional development,regardless of whether attendees decided to join in person at the Paris office or online.

The OIC Group dealt with various organizational aspects, including the identification of the venue, the sale of sponsorship opportunities, registrations, hotels and transfers, and the management of the scientific program. Last but not least, we took care of the entire technical infrastructure to broadcast the event all over the world, from the analysis to the final realization, taking care of every single detail.


In the last decade, OIC Group has had the opportunity to build a long-lasting partnerships with the Association of the Italian Dental Hygienists: a relationship based upon listening to the Client needs and building a mutual trust.

OIC is, in fact, in charge of all the Secretary activities of the Association, from the membership renewal campaigns to the organization of all the regional and national events (Spring Meeting, Autumn Meeting, National Congress).
We also take care of the graphic design and communications plan, including social media management, video production and website development.

Together with AIDI, we have also participated in the IFDH international tender and contributed to bring the 2026 edition of the International Federation of Dental Hygienists Congress to Milan.


The mission of the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society is to increase the quality of care of children with orthopaedic conditions.

Thanks to the Annual Meeting, held every year in a different location, OIC Group helps EPOS in achieving its main goal: sharing and diffusing the advances in knowledge among professionals dealing with childcare.

People who are suffering of chronic kidney failure must stick to a strict low-protein diet in order to preserve kidney health and try to delay dialysis and transplantation. The Embassy was responsible for launching and communicating Flavis, Dr Schär's line of protein-free products designed to help kidney patients in everyday life.

We started by drafting a Consensus Paper, a scientific document co-created for the first time by the community of nephrologists, dieticians and patient representatives. We then moved onto the production of "Traveling with Pino", a documentary filmed in collaboration with the National Hemodialysis Association, in which we brought together some nephropathic patients, also protagonists of the online and offline ATL campaign, BTL, communications at the point of sale and of the contents created for social networks.


Have you ever wondered what shape would the thoughts of three hundred people take?

On the occasion of the launch of the Group's communication agency The Embassy, we created Mind Portraits, a true social experiment: how much thought diversity exists within the Italian communication community?

During the IF Festival in 2018, we invited participants to "take a portrait" of their thoughts thanks to an EEG Brain Monitoring Technology: the visual representations gradually merged into a large gallery and, at the end of the experiment, we discovered how different - or how homologated - the intelligences of our sector are.

In Italy, in recent years, 427,000 minors have witnessed cases of domestic violence. This phenomenon is called witnessed violence, it is a huge problem that is ignored and tends to remain within the walls of the house.

The Embassy has supported Save The Children in developing a dedicated campaign, recreating the room of Alessandro, a very young victim, with the aim of making people relive his traumatic experience, entering his life and his bedroom and up to feel inside their bones what he really felt.

Inside the room, a series of details, recreated with child psychologists, reveal that something is wrong. But it only when sitting at Alessandro's desk, that the visitor can live the deepest part of the experience.

In fact, when the visitors come into contact with the table, a bone conductor technology is activated: the transmission of the audio of violence through a bone conduction system makes the visitor physically "feel" the child's experience.


To launch the new Invicta backpacks made from plastic bottles, we created "The Peak", a navigable data-physicalization that shapes the accumulation of plastic (more than 8.8 billion tons of plastic) from 1973 to today.

This problem has enormous dimensions, but it is difficult to perceive: that is why we have given it a shape.

To spread our message even more, we have created an experiential booklet, a poster design and a special limited-edition packaging for VIPs and guests of the launch.

If it is easy to distinguish colors, more difficult is to explore the meaning that each color has for everyone, because subjectivity and personality take over.

This concept was the starting point for The Embassy team to develop the "Phantàsia" project for Curaprox.

Choosing a Curaprox toothbrush of a specific color therefore means to choose the freedom of expression. A freedom that we, at The Embassy, have transformed into a multi-sensory and multi-perceptive experience, through an installation that creates a corridor across the rainbow.

The definition of color is thus explored through different sensory levels to fully explore the subjective universe that each color hides: sight (color), touch (texture), and the emotional sphere (quotes).
