This marks an important milestone in our ongoing effort to embed ESG principles into our corporate culture and operational processes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"768\">The EcoVadis rating, based on globally recognized standards, including the GRI framework, the UN Global Compact, and ISO 26000 guidelines, examines business practices across four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. For OIC Group, this represents a valuable tool for measuring progress and identifying both strengths and areas where we can continue to grow.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"795\"><strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"795\">A journey in progress<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"914\">In recent years, OIC Group has implemented a structured and certified sustainability management system that includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1182\">\n<li data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"976\">\n<p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"976\">ISO 20121 certification for sustainable event management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1051\">\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1051\">UNI PdR 125:2022 certification promoting gender equality and inclusion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1182\">\n<p data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1182\">Carbon neutrality, achieved through our partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.u2y.io\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Up2You<\/a> and participation in certified international offsetting projects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1430\">This commitment is further supported by the Green Tribe, our internal task force dedicated to sustainability, which develops practical tools and actions to integrate environmental, social, and governance criteria across all areas of the business.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1466\"><strong data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1466\">A solid foundation to build on<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1737\">\u201cThis first assessment is a chance to reflect more clearly on the path we&#8217;re building,\u201d says Sara Pirola, Communication Officer &amp; CSR Manager at OIC Group. \u201cEvery step forward comes from our commitment to making sustainability a tangible part of how we work every day\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1965\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">This evaluation now serves as a new strategic asset, helping to guide OIC Group\u2019s continuous improvement path and strengthening our goal to make sustainability an increasingly measurable and central part of the way we operate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OIC Group has received its first EcoVadis rating, the international ESG assessment platform.
