During the Events, the Controller may make available to participants specific applications or digital platforms (such as the \u201cMY OIC\u201d application or equivalent tools) designed to facilitate access to content, the management of congress services, interaction with the scientific or logistical\u00a0programme, and, more generally, participation in the Events.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Should the participant choose to use such digital tools, the personal data processed through the application will be used exclusively for purposes connected with the management and\u00a0organisation\u00a0of the Events\u00a0and related services, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 679\/2016 and the applicable data protection legislation.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
