1975 The beginning of a new chapter

From a small hotel room in Florence, the idea of OIC Group came together. With bold vision and determination, Annarita Bonamici breaks the mold and establishes one of the first Professional Congress Organizers in Italy, laying the foundation for a company destined to make its mark.

1980 – 2015 From Florence to the world

From early local events to the management of international congresses and conventions, OIC Group quickly establishes itself as a key player in the industry, bringing its expertise to the global stage.

2019 The Embassy is born

A new perspective on medical-scientific communication. The Embassy – a dedicated business unit of OIC Group – merges strategy, innovation, and partnerships to deliver high-level scientific projects.

2021 At the heart of Europe

OIC Group strengthens its presence in Brussels, in the heart of the European hub. A pivotal step in building new relationships and contributing to the global evolution of the industry.

2022 – 2023 Sustainability at the core

A new headquarter office and a total green transformation all-in-one: OIC Group embraces a more sustainable operating model, reducing its environmental footprint and joining the top 1% of Carbon Neutral companies in Italy.

2024 A Future of equity and sustainability

The UNI PdR 125:2022 and ISO 20121 certifications confirm OIC Group’s commitment to inclusion and sustainability, solidifying CSR as a fundamental pillar of its identity.
